At 11:11 Hair, we offer a variety of premium textures and collections:

• Yaki (Pack Hair) – Natural blended texture in straight and body wave.

• Virgin Hair – Soft, unprocessed bundles available in long lengths.

• Raw Hair – 100% unprocessed, full, and long-lasting hair.

• HD Closures – 2x6 and 5x5 HD lace in straight and body wave (natural color only).

How Do I Take Care Of My Extensions?

​

To keep your bundles looking luxurious:

• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or fingers

• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

• Air dry when possible and apply heat protectant before styling

• Avoid heavy oils or alcohol-based products

• Store in a satin/silk bag or on a hanger when not in use

How Long Does Shipping Takes?

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on location

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships

Is Local Pickup Available?

Yes! We offer local pickup in select areas.
